Dr Mark Demian
Started as the only Doctor at Carnegie Central Medical
Clinic in 2010, and have expanded the Clinic to 12 Doctors and 10 Allied Health Professionals.
Working days: weekdays
Dr Lina Landa
Dr Landa has been practicing medicine since 1982 (Moldova). Since 1993 she has been working in Australia.
Her special interests include women’s health, internal
medicine counselling and family medicine.
Working days: weekdays
Dr Houssam (Sam) Habbouchi
Dr Habbouchi has been working in Carnegie since 2012 and
worked in France before coming to our clinic.
His special interests are digestive system, geriatrics as well as paediatrics, men’s and women’s health.
Dr Habbouchi also speaks Arabic, Russian and French.
Working days: Every day after hours and weekends (except
Luke Van Der Hoeven
Dr Luke Van der Hoeven has returned at the clinic after time away in regional Victoria to advance his skills. After graduating in 2013, he gained experience in multiple areas including paediatric medicine and mental health, before working as a registrar in Emergency Medicine at Monash Health.
He also took a few years to gain experience as an independent practitioner in remote communities in Western Australia, working in all facets of medicine. He has a special interest in preventative health and travel medicine.
Dr Luke works weekdays at the clinic.
Dr Galina Tsykin
Dr Tsykin has been working as a general practitioner since
1980.She is passionate about every aspect of general practice and
strongly believe in holistic approach to all medical concerns. Her particular interests are in the area of women’s and men’s health, paediatrics, preventative medicine, weight loss and chronic disease management.
Dr Tsykin speaks Russian.
Working days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays
Dr. Angus Wong
MBBS (Hons), BMedSc (Hons), MHlthSc, FRACGP
Dr. Angus completed his medical studies at Monash University, subsequently training at Alfred health and Monash health where he worked in a range of specialities.
This has translated to a varied workload not only encompassing clinic work, but also aged care visits, medical student teaching and research.
Working days: Every day except Saturdays
Dr Victoria Dee
MBBS, FRACGP, DCH
Dr Dee graduated from Griffith university in 2008.
She completed her internship at the Royal Brisbane hospital before gaining experience working in many different fields of medicine across metropolitan and rural Queensland.
Dr Dee spent several years working in Emergency medicine before completing her fellowship in general practice.
She is interested in all aspects of medicine and enjoys the variety and breadth of General Practice.
Working days: Weekdays except Thursdays
Dr. Rina Hofman
MBBS, BSc, FRACGP
Dr Hofman graduated from Monash University in 1999 and has completed the fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. While she has a keen interest in all aspects of family medicine, she particularly enjoys chronic disease management, geriatric medicine,
paediatrics and women’s health.
Dr Hofman enjoys providing long-term care to her patients
and their families, strongly believing in the value of continuity of care and traditional family centred General Practice.
Working days: Monday to Thursday
Dr. Nutan Maharaj Thoman
MBBS(HON) FRACGP – GP
Dr Thoman enjoys the variety and challenge of general practice.
Her special interest includes preventative medicine, women’s health, paediatrics and adolescent health amidst other things.
Dr Thoman joined the team at CCMC in 2013. She has been practicing in the area for 21 years and has done GP rotations in Mt Dandenong and the Bellarine peninsula as well.

Dr Nadim Taoum
MBBS, FRACGP, Dip Chld Health
Dr Taoum works after hours at the clinic as well as on the weekends. He also offers home visits.
Dr Taoum speaks Arabic and Russian.

Dr Barbara Bloch
Dr Bloch graduated in 1987 and in 1994 was awarded a
fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She works in all areas of general and family medicine.
Dr Bloch speaks French, German and Russian. She has special interests in travel and photography and has
worked in Ireland.
Working days: Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays
Dr Michael Farber
Dr Farber has been working for 10 years as a geriatrician.
Working days: every 2nd Fridays
Dr Karen Adey
Dr. Karen Adey has extensive experience in General Practice with a particular focus on general medicine, health promotion and child health.
She has been awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and holds Diplomas in Child Health and Family Planning.
She has also attained certificate of Primary Care Skin Cancer medicine from the University of Queensland.
Working days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
