Billing Arrangements

The above doctors do not bulk bill patients.

Payment can be made with cash, credit or Eftpos card. We have the facility to pay your Medicare rebate directly into your bank account at time of billing if you have an Eftpos card.

PLEASE NOTE: AS OF MONDAY 7 SEPTEMBER 2015 A SURCHARGE OF $1 WILL APPLY TO PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS BY VISA OR MASTERCARD.

Consultations are by appointment and urgent cases will be seen on the day.

An appointment for a standard consultation will be made with your preferred doctor where possible.

It is important to book a longer appointment for more complex problems, insurance medicals, health reviews, pap smears etc.

Missed Appointments

At least 4 hours notice should be given should you wish to cancel an appointment.  Failure to do so will incur a fee.

Prescriptions

Legal constraints and Best Practice Procedures dictate that appointments are needed for all prescriptions including repeat prescriptions.

Referrals

Under the Medicare Act it is a legal requirement that referrals to specialists require your physical attendance to obtain new or updated referrals.
