adolescents and adults. He has worked in a range of settings including EAP (employee assistant programs), universities, TAFE and rehabilitation.
The area Ian works with includes stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, transition and health issues. He uses CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) as well as utilising relaxation and mindfulness in his work.
Ian works collaboratively with people to create a supportive environment to help work through personal challenges.

Faina is a registered psychologist with 16 years of experience.
Her knowledge and skills in psychological treatment, clinical and Eriksonian hypnosis enable her to help people to learn strategies for stress, anxiety and
anger management, to deal with depressed feelings, grief and loss, addictions, insomnia, confidence issues, chronic illness and disability, life transition/adjustments, work stress, migration issues, and
disordered eating.
