Covid Safe Policy

Our practice is dedicated to the health, safety and well-being of our patients, team members, contractors and visitors.

The doctors are happy to see symptomatic patients; however require a negative RAT test on the day of your appointment, prior to arriving. All patients with symptoms (and neg RAT) are asked to wait outside the clinic and call reception upon arrival. The doctor will be notified and will meet you, walking you through the clinic when ready to see you for your appointment.

We ask all patients, even with mild cold or flu symptoms: fever, sore throat, runny nose, loss of taste or smell, to please wear a mask. Your doctor will ask you to wear a mask before walking you through the clinic.

Telephone appointments are available in some instances and is a Medicare requirement that you have had a face-to-face appointment at this clinic in the last 12 months or are MyMedicare registered with our clinic, in order to receive a Medicare rebate.
